• Maintain a respectful, professional tone in public posts, comments, direct messages, and mentorship conversations.
• Harassment, hate speech, bullying, defamation, discriminatory remarks, or personal attacks will result in immediate account suspension.
• Keep discussions focused on career growth, technical insights, leadership practices, and professional opportunities.

3. Mentorship Integrity & Ethics

Mentors and mentees enter into a professional covenant grounded in psychological safety and mutual trust:

• No Commercial Exploitation: Mentorship on Shine Globally is intended as career guidance and intellectual stewardship. Soliciting fees, pitching pyramid schemes, or requiring financial transactions is prohibited.
• Confidentiality: Proprietary workplace information, personal struggles, and internal corporate secrets shared during 1-on-1 mentorship discussions must remain strictly confidential.
• Reliability: Respect agreed meeting times, communicate schedule conflicts in advance, and prepare thoughtfully for advisory sessions.

4. Anti-Spam & Opportunity Integrity

To preserve feed quality and respect members' attention:

• Do not send automated, bulk, or repetitive connection requests, messages, or sales pitches.
• Job listings must represent genuine, active employment or internship opportunities. Posting deceptive work-from-home scams or multi-level marketing vacancies is strictly banned.
• Commercial advertisements must follow our transparent AdSense and sponsored partner standards.

5. Reporting Violations & Safety Enforcement

If you encounter inappropriate content, spam, harassment, or credential falsification:

1. Click the "Report" button on the affected post, comment, or user profile.
2. Alternatively, submit a detailed report through our Contact & Support portal under "Report Abuse / Security".
3. Our administrative moderation team reviews all flagged content and takes appropriate actions, including warnings, content removal, badge revocation, or permanent account termination.
